The light was delivered in a short period of time. The packing was such that it was not harmed in any manner. The light bulbs came the same day in a different package which was also great.
I'm assuming that this is an example of the way your company does business and I for one hope you guys make millions of bucks.

This chandelier was purchased for my new home which scheduled to be completed this spring. The chandelier has not been assembled yet so I can't rate the instructions & assembly but I know it is going to be beautiful in my "shabby chic" bedroom hanging over my window seat reading nook!
